turbo pump 6890 plus

hello, I have a 6890 plus equipment, a problem with the turbo pump. I get an error that the turbo pump says: turbo pump is going (or was going) very fast, consult the service manual. But I can't get any information about it. aid

What is the model number of the Mass Spectrometer? Which turbo pump is currently installed in it? There are a few choices - - The 5973 could have come with a "Standard Turbo" or a "Performance Turbo" -- but the originals have probably been replaced over time so it could have a HiPace 80 or a HiPace 300 in it, too. Some pictures of the turbo and turbo controller may help.
