MS doesn't turn on


We have MS 5973 Network. So this morning we got no signal response and it just turned off. And we can't get it back on. Checked all the fuses and cords. Replaced the Main Board PCA, still nothing. Do you have any suggestions on what can be wrong with the instrument and what else we can do? 


  • This is in the area of "No user serviceable parts inside" -- damage can be done and hazardous voltages are present inside when the instrument is plugged connected to power.  The best thing to do is to initiate a service call with Agilent. 

    Agilent recommends you contact your local support team for on-site assistance or bench repair as applicable. Agilent does not provide remote assistance for in-depth instrument repairs via the Agilent Community site.
