Slow tune evaluation in GC-MS

I am using a 7890B GC with 5977A MSD. The tune evaluation is very slow (more than 30 min). Also, the air/water check is slow (around 15 min), it normally should take only between 2-3 min.

The reports indicate everything is ok. Can you please give me suggestions to solve this?

Is any other command to the GCMS slow? Tuning? Manual tune - can you do scan with the PFTBA valve on and off and it changes normally?

Do you have your computer connected to a laboratory network or just the GCMS System?

Hi, the autotune is also slow (around 30 min).

I haven't tried the Manual tune to check the PFTBA valve, but I can observe many tiny droplets in the upper part of the bulb that contains PFTBA.

The computer is not connected to a laboratory network. It is only for the GC-MS system.

There's something strange going on, for sure. When did this happen? Did something change - -computer, IT settings, Windows Updates, software, etc ?? Is the computer itself running the same way it always has?
