HIVAC pump not ready. HIVAC pump off.

Are you getting any error ?

First check pump..

Check rough pump oil level and mist filter( if instslled )..

I am encountering an error while attempting to tune the system. Following are the two errors.

MSD Fault 7:HIVAC Pump Not Ready.

MSD Fault 8:HIVAC Pump Off.

MS Temperature setting also pop up when I started auto tuning.

The required MS Source and MS Quad temperature not getting to the set points.

If the HiVac pump is off - the system is not under vacuum to be able to run.  The MS source and quad cannot be heated until the system is under vacuum.

The directions on how to vent and pump down the MS are in the Operating manual and also the Troubleshooting and Maintenance Manual.  Please reply if you cannot find those along with the model number of the MS.
