"SHUTDOWN (# 1) OVEN SHUT OFF"

I'm suddenly getting a "SHUTDOWN (# 1) OVEN SHUT OFF" message on our HP6890. The fan also does not seem to be turning on to cool the oven. What is going on?

Hi

Check heater and sensor of oven..Look like it's faulty and need replacement..

Service engineer can diagnose it by checking resistance etc..So if u like then can call to your local agilent support to check it onsite...
