Entrance lens zero voltage

Hi

Try to do any other tune to check  ent lens is zero or not.

2nd may be autotune file is corrupt so try to reset.

If problem not solve from above points then need to check all wires connection of source plus insulator...

I replaced the autotune file and the error persists. Also, when I tried manual tune the same error continues. Tomorrow we are going to switch back the original Mainboard. I guess we'll have to take a much deeper look to the source, although it does not seem to be any faulty contact. I'll let you know any news, friend.

Check ent lense and all other parts of source again, even filament also and column length in ms..

When u r doing BFB tune or spectra tune then same issue coming or not..

And in ur auto tune foreline is showing 16 so vaccum status check again, like diffusion n foreline pump's hose n oil level...

We checked the ion source, I tighten the screw that holds together the lens insulators, it was a bit loose and the pin of the entrance lens was also a bit loose. In addition to that, we sprayed electronics cleaner on the pins that communicate the sideboard with the ceramic feedthrough board. Hopefully the issue gets fixed. I will let you know any updates. We only tune using PFTBA.

But spray u did should be dry otherwise when heatup then that will go to other location n may create problem..

I just turned on the MS. It's on pump down. I'll run an autotune at 12 to give at least 2h to reach minimal thermal conditions. I'll keep you posted.

How is vaccum status ?

Right now is at 22 mTorr.

Ran autotune and still the Entrance Lens is zero.. I also noticed that all peaks are split at the tops. Any suggestions?
