You have to contact your local agilent support to do it onsite..

Masshunter or open lab chemstation are option to upgrade it for windows 10 plateform....

My query was to confirm whether it is possible to get the Windows 10 compatible software for the component listed in my question.

Can I assume from your answer that it is possible and local agilent support would know how to do it ?

Yes as you are already using windows 7 plateform.

FYI, Agilent has said they will stop supporting the G1290 headspace sampler on September 30, 2022.
