We have a 5975C so you can see the filaments glow. Have you ever seen a filament go off and on during a run? When a filament goes bad it is dead but I've never seen this before. The other one is bad so I'll have to open it up.

Replace this filament and check it's going off & on during run or not.
Like this, you can identify root cause..
Changing filaments fixed the issue.
Yes! You replaced it and you know it's bad, but I bet it is broken and when it heats up, it turns off, cools down, makes contact again and then cycles that way.
Also, you may have to vent and replace the filament even if only one breaks:
