I am carrying out petroleum Biomarker Fingerprint Analysis using Agilent 7890 GC+5975 MSD with specific interest in extracted ions -191, 177, 217 etc. How can I quantify the area and height of the peaks which I manually integrate? I can quantify areas of manually integrated TIC peaks but I can’t do the same with EICs. How can I overcome this?
