change user password and create new users

Question

I need to change user password and also create new users on a GC/MS 7000 agilent system SOFTWARE. I don't find how to do this. Is it possible? Using wich application?

There are ways to create users in software, information is in the help files. This can get more complicated and we would need more information as the software can be installed anywhere from standalone through to an IT managed server system. As ISH says, we need more information.
