Is there any way to get firmware for a 5975 MSD? I need version 5.02.12. Thanks.

Why you want to change firmware. Are there any problem.

You can connect computer with internet then update.

If you installed MSD Chemstation E.02.02, it should have installed the necessary firmware for that revision.  What happens if you go to Agilent MS Config, instrument #, Check Networking and Update Firmware?  What FW is on the card and what FW is available to load?  A screen capture might be helpful.

There are two Service Packs for MSD Chemstation E.02.02 available on https://agilent.subscribenet.com/  

Thanks for the answer.  When I went back and tried the firmware update again, the 5.02.12 firmware was available.  Must have come from the SP update since I had just done that prior to trying it again.  I did have to do the update using the executable under MSEXE firmware directory.  Worked better using the direct IP address.  Thanks again and have a great weekend.
