What does it mean when the Relative Abundance displays "NaN" during a DFTPP tune?
Hi Dave,
What instrument model are you using? And what revision of software are you using for Acquisition.
Thank you,
Alex
Thank you Graettin,
I realized that my mass range was set to <400 M/z.
End result: the high masses on my tune were not being measured and, in turn, a “NAN” error code.
Thanks!
Dave
Ah OK great, glad to hear you got it sorted. For anyone still wondering, NaN means "Not a Number" .
