I seem to get this error periodically when I run the tune on our 5977B GCMSD high efficiency source. Is there an issue with the system?

Hello,

how i can fin a msd tune firmware ?

I have the msd boot firmware lookup infinitly ..

The smartcard is perhaps failed over, but i can ping it all the way
