Hello, all.
When I tried to execute autotune for our 7200 QTOF, I encountered a series of following faults.
Q-TOF fault detected: 5.31 Main board #1 shutdown
Q-TOF fault detected: 6.5 Lens 5 fault
Q-TOF fault detected: 7.30 Main board #2 internal shutdown
Q-TOF fault detected: 7.31 Main board #2 shutdown
The instrument was vented and powered back on, but the fault message continued.
Does anyone know how to repair it or what Lens 5 is?
