Gas Chromatography

I have GC-MS . The Gc model 6890N connected to the detector. MS model 5975 I have several problems in the system.

When I start operating the GC, strange drawings and symbols appear on the screen.

Sometimes a phrase appears( intilizes pneumatics) and the device remains stationary and does not complete intilizing parameters. .

As for the MS unit, the vacuum pump turns off after a period of time. Of running MS
