Vials falling out of position.

 DingleberryDoes the fault light on the autosampler blink after the needle gets stuck? If it does, can you reply with the number of times it blinks and stops? We also suggest ensuring the cap is not over tightened. 

The needle doesn't get stuck per se but is enough to pull the vial with it out of the turret into the workings. There are no lights blinking only a steady fault light. Alignment seems to be fine.

Is the plastic piece on the end of the rod the tip of the needle goes through still there? I had one come off once. That should hold the vial down while the syringe comes out.
