Hello everyone! We have 7890B GC and 7693ALS (G4513A).
We have a problem during injection. The autosampler turret starts moving prematurely while the sample is being drawn into the syringe. As a result, the red "Fault" light starts blinking 3 times and the autosampler returns error 922.

ALS Failure Code 922: Autoinjector back tower turret error.
The autosampler firmware version was A.10.08, we updated it to the latest A.11.06.
The GC 7890B firmware version was B.02.02, we updated it to the latest B.02.06.1.013.

None of this helped us. Sometimes 1-2 injections go normally, and then the turret gets stuck again. Please help.
