I have an Antec Scientific ECD Decade Lite and I have been attempting to set up a new method alongside a current one. Usually the ECD has been kept on with mobile phase pumping at 0.2ml/min, however, I've recently learnt this is not sufficient so have switched it off - Baseline drops to 0. When switched back on, the baseline jumps to 10 and I can't seem to get it back to zero, Autozero seems to reset it back to 10. I have logged with Antec and awaiting support but hoping someone can help in the meantime please?
