I am going to move this post to the GC forum as they will have a better chance of helping. I assume you want to know how to change the front panel language to some other language.
Press [Options] and arrow down to the third item. This is Keyboard & Display. Press [Enter]. Scroll down in this menu to the item directly below pressure units (psi/bar/kPa). This should be Language. Press [Mode/Type], select English, and press [Enter].
