7697A Vial EPC flow shutdown

Question

Hello, Agilent support team 
 When I power on my Headspace 7697A it's show this message "Vial flow not ready", and after a few minutes it shows an error "vial EPC SHUTDOWN to restore operation press Vial and on", but when I press "Vial" and "on", the problem showing again 
 I ran the "restriction and pressure decay test" and it fails (the first step gives an error). I did a Sample probe and loop cleanup, but the error persists. 
 Also when checking the "Vial flow sensor" noticed that the flow is in the negative, it should be?

 Thank you for your question. 
 Disconnect or loosen the sample probe and rerun the "restriction and pressure decay test". 
 If you pass the first step, sample prove might be plugged. You need to change sample probe. 
 If the same step fails, the pressure control module may need to be replaced. Please contact your local Contact Center.

Hi, be a sure you should replace Vial EPC module 
 Sensor show -78 ml obviously sensor doesnt work properly and you cannot replace only sensor only with EPC
