Hi!
I have a mysterious calibration error when I calibrate my 7693 Autosampler. The calibration was triggered by several error messages I got while running my last sequence - it was either #103 or #104 (bottle in gripper or no bottle in gripper).
I calibrated the Autosampler and got error message 356 - Calibration aborted, Tray z-axis system calibration error. Error code 356. I unplugged the ALS and the injector and plugged them back in, ran the calibration several times more and tried to find the error code - all unsuccessful. The alignment lights are off on ALS and injector.
Has anyone an idea on how to fix this?
