Hi,
We purchased an 8355 SCD and it came with an Edwards RV5 vacuum pump for the vacuum system and Agilent supplies 10 W 30 Quaker State motor oil with the purchase of the system. Edwards recommends to using their Ultra 19 grade oil with the same model of vacuum pump.
Is it recommended to use the 10W30 for the SCD system, or would using the Edwards oil be better?
