split vent restriction test

You can change filter of split vent line then do test again..

i changed split vent trap, its failed.

its showing constantly  high ~3.7 PSI instead of <2.5PSI

Check inlet consumables and replace it..

changed liner ,septa  & oring, still same problem

Then i will suggest to contact your local agilent support to check it onsite...May be issue of firmware or flow controller..
