Air Leak issues related to GC-MS Intuvo 9000

We have been battling the same air leak problem on our Intuvo GCMS system. It started when we changed the column. Since then we have checked for leaks, replaced the gas, and replaced the vacuum oil, but the problem persists. All the tune parameters are ok, except 18/69 and 28/69 which are 305.57 and 293.31, respectively. Though 219/69 and 502/69 are low at 19.19 and 1.17, respectively. Can you help us out?

If there was no air leak before the column was changed and now there is, that is probably where the problem exists. Did you replace the compression bolts (G4581-60260) and gaskets (5190-9072) and use the proper tool when you replaced the column?
