Hello! We have a 7820A GC System using Firmware Revision A.01.12.005 and Software Driver Version 5.02 [021]. I saw mention in a Known Problem Report of an issue being resolved by GC Drivers Version 3.2 but I cannot find where to obtain any drivers or software. Can someone advise if that is available somewhere, or if it even sounds applicable based on the firmware/driver version I previously mentioned? Any information would be much appreciated.
