Issue with 6890 autosampler

From time to time the arm of my 6890 autosample appears to loose its positioning and it is not able to grap a vial. Is there a way to recalibrate the arm? How the system currently determine the position of the arm?

Hi

I think this model is obselete now..

Use any other method to check it..sometimes, method become corrupt...
