This happens the first time I start a sequence, every time. After that, the sequence completes without any errors.
The plunger gets stuck in the down position, in the extract vial on the carousel.
I see an error that reads the following:
ALS Failure State: Preparing Samples
ALS Failure Code 245: Autoinjector front tower plunger error.
I then select "Retry", the plunger is removed, the sample is put back in the tray, then the sequence restarts, the plunger does its thing and injects the sample.
No more issues for the day, until I start the whole process over the next day.
Why does this only happen on the first sample of the day?
