Dear All

Need help to understand what you can see in the image; the light of the gc are showing but there is no light in the main screen

Hi

Try to restart instrument.If light came then okay..

Otherwise u have to contact your local agilent support..

I have a doubt that cable connected with display inside keyboard panel loose or board issue..
