selling a GC ECD system

We are selling one of our GC ECD systems. Is there a license attached to the ECD that needs to be transferred to the company buying the system? If so who should we contact,

This is very Country specific. In the US you have to be licensed as well as any company that is acquiring your instrument. You should have paperwork on the licensing. It maybe best to call your local Agilent support for assistance.
