8890 GC Sequence locks up openlab.

Hi

Are you using both instrument with different software in one PC Or using one software to control both instruments as instrument 1 & instrument 2.

Earlier sequence was working fine in both instrument in same time?

I am using one software to control both instruments as instrument 1 & instrument 2 with 2 licenses.  1 is the 8890 and 2 is the 6890.  2 runs fine.   1 when you click on sequence it locks open lab for 1, 2 runs fine and you can make a sequence even when 1 is locked.

U r getting this problem now..i mean earlier it was working fine without lock..

yes it worked fine up till 3 weeks ago.

Did you restart everything means power off and On of instruments and PC?

yes many times.   I am getting this odd warning easy sampleprep initialized: resource use and reservations were reset to zero. refill resources and revalidate queued sequences before proceeding.

Reprocess / edit entire method and save as with different name then run with new sequence name and check
