It looks like someone else had the same question a couple of years ago: https://community.agilent.com/technical/gc/f/forum/728/insufficient-power-system-halted-on-7890b-gc-whats-causing-this.  Problem was resolved by replacing the analog and power board.

Can u confirm part # of analog & power board of 7890a and 7890b is same.

Part number for both 7890A/B is G3430-61850.  https://www.agilent.com/store/productDetail.jsp?catalogId=G3430-61850
