I have ChemStation B.04.03 running with HP-6890. I have just replaced the column and set up the new method off-line. When I attempted to load it online ChemStation crashed after indicating a hardware mismatch. I restarted the system and it crashed again in the same way without fully loading. I tried rebooting several times and it keeps crashing every time. What can I do?
