Instrument Power off/on detected in Chemstation

I'm running a 6890 with Chemstation B.04.03 and recently and randomly, I'm getting the following message in Chemstation: "Instrument power off/on detected. Please close and restart the instrument session to connect to the instrument". Any idea what is causing this issue and how to correct it? Thanks

Hi Check data file name or sequence name..If it's lengthy in characters then may be cause. 2nd thing check communication cable of sampler n instrument. Third may need instrument configuration...
