Low sensibilty in FID after performance a P.M.

Can you please share what consumables changed..Jet cleaned or changed..

what about value  signal is it higher than 20 ,is it unstable?

is there small peaks or no peaks after injection?

Septa, liner,o-ring,  gold seal, ferrules, jet, trap of split,.. Yes, the jet is brand new.

the signal is stable (18 pA), the customer can see the traces of some peaks. He compared the peaks before P.M vs Peak after P.M and observed the low sensibilty

U replaced jet with same bore as it was earlier..Check collector body, insulator and gasket of FID...If possible, replace collector body of fid...

With low sensibility after P.M. I see you replaced many parts on detector but could you check again many steps below

+ volume sample injected correct? check your syringe or replace.

+ replace a new one liner and septa?

+ split ratio is it correct?

+ if you replace split vent trap, you can tighter the screw again.

+ gold seal

+ ferrule 

And very important you should be check split flow and purge flow.
