I am running a method to detect 4ethylguiacol and 4ethylphenol and am running into a strange issue. When I run my 100ppb standard, my ISTD (d6phenol) turns out perfect, as does my 4eg results (99.94ppb), 4eg is detection ions are 107 and 122 (107 being the quantifier ion). However, I am not detecting any 107 ions, but are detecting 122 perfectly if that makes sense. Please see the image below. I am inexperienced with a MSD so any help would be greatly appreciated.
