I have a question.
Bought a new 8890 GC system with 2 detector, when I set the flow rate through the column to 3 ml / min (for example) one channel displays the exact readings - 3 ml / min. But the other channel displays 23 ml / min, while setting the same 3 ml / min. With what it can be connected? injected the test mixture - everything works well.# I attach the photo.

open a browser window. Navigate to http://GC Name or IP Address. For example, if the GC IP address is 10.1.1.100, navigate to http://10.1.1.100. If prompted, enter the access code. (The access code is available at the GC touchscreen.)
now create the new Method here and download and check . if same issue please reconfigure the GC system from browser window .
GO System setting than system setup
and reset the GC system and check .
