I am starting with a GC-MS Agilent of 2013...a 7890. I was trying to make a manual injection (the method was developed for that purpose), but after my injection, I get an error from logbook saying "injector not mounted". In the front panel the info is OK, the injector is installed, all set apparently. I immediately stop the run in chemstation but it still says "run method". For both these situations, what can I do? No injection is really happening. (I am not using autosampler because still waiting for a syringe). Thanks
