Connection to instrument controller has stopped. No connection could be made because the target computer actively refuse it.

I have an issue with our EZChrom Client server setup in our lab. We had our AIC computers setup with a local Admin account and corporate recently remove all local Admins from our network. We setup a service Admin, added it to our local admin group, added this account to the services that run Agilent. When you restart the services everything works fine. Then at some point usually less than a day the services will stop and when we check them they say invalid login. At the moment we re-add the password in the Agilent services and restart the services and we are back up and running, but eventually it stops again. I am stumped and do not know how to fix this. Any help or clarification of my rambling mess let me know.
