An analyst inadvertently saved over a GMP data run on the UV-VIS Chemstation.
Now two versions of the file exist in ECM 3.4 for that instrument folder.
Revision 1 of 2 is the original GMP data run. Revision 2 of 2 is the inadvertent save that was performed.
We need suggestions on what we can do to make sure this revision is not able to be used for GMP decisions.
Can we remove this revision? Can we move it to a different folder? What happens if an analyst retrieves this file from ECM? Which version is retrieved?
