In an OpenLAB 2.2 client/server environment, we are seeing this message infrequently. Nevertheless, where do I investigate to find cause? The machine's instrument controller? We have not seen the message on other instruments connected to same controller.
One thing that makes this GC somewhat distinctive is that it has a PAL3 connected to it. However, other users have not reported this message even while using the same client machine. Also, we have a second GC with a PAL3 and this message has not (yet) been reported for it.
