I wanted to asked regarding MH SDA viewer for my ICPMS7900.
since we just performed our IOQ, so want to proceed with the next step.
Previously, admin can use all software function include MH SDA viewer.
the problem come when a new user logon to the window, but the MH SDA viewer not come out to the desktop. we try to search in windows, and it's promt for installation. when we click for installation, the error come out as unable to install due to network resources unavailable.
the new user is under admin group. btw, i have tried to switch to operator and manager. the same issue encountered.
please advise.
