CrossLab Connect Service Management users, with administrative access, can now submit proposed edits on an asset at their company, which will then be reviewed by Agilent and updated accordingly. Users will now have access to the most up to date and streamlined information about their assets within the application.
Please note: asset information is updated according to what has been provided to Agilent. If there are any issues, contact your Account Manager or email support from within your CrossLab Connect user account.
