Septum peaks are target compounds

Good afternoon everyone,

I am using the following septum for SPME analysis:

The analysis of a blank vial (empty) will give the following chromatogram in GC-MS:

The first peak is octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (Si4) and the others are Si5, Si6 and Si7.

Because octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane is a 'Reproductive toxicity 2' compound, it would be very interesting not to have it leaching out of the septum. Especially when it is a compound of interest for me.

Do you know another type of septum more inert?

Thank you.
