amino column conditioning

I'm using a polaris amino column. I would like to know what is the maximum proportion of water I can use in it? General information about conditioning, cleaning will also be useful.

The general information is on the manual delivered with the column. With respect to water Polaris Amino is a forgiving column, but I would not use 100% water (even if it would work for a very short time), have 2-5% organic modifier present to be sure.
