Red Cargo Driver Installation

Question

Hi. Can you help me, please. I have downloaded Red Cargo Driver on my PC. Then I try to install the Red Cargo Driver by following all the steps in the Wizard and clicking Install and Finish. However, Red Cargo Driver never shows up

Hi Nandre, 
 
 We recently updated our PC Connection guide. Please verify that your PC meets the system requirements and that the USB Driver box is checked in the Install Wizard. 
 If you are having problems after that I would suggest emailing our support team at redcargo.support@agilent.com
