Actually no. problem is in installation. I connect flow meter but driver does not read it. Could you please tell me steps for installation driver?

We recently updated our PC Connection guide. Please verify that your PC meets the system requirements and that the USB Driver box is checked in the Install Wizard.

If you are having problems after that I would suggest emailing our support team at redcargo.support@agilent.com
