It is possible to use the flowmeter after the cartridge calibration is expired without changing the cartridge?

Yes. The cartridge remains operational after the cartridge calibration has expired. You will continue to get the "expired" message and the measurement will not be traceable since it is out of calibration, but it will continue to function and measure flow.
