Hello everyone,
I was wondering if I can use the RPMI medium for culturing cells (HSPCs). I need a glucose free medium to test at best the activity of a drug on glycolitic metabolism.
I can add phenol red and different concentrations of glucose. Is it necessary to add something else to achieve the formulation of a classical cell culture medium?
