Hello Seahorse Enthusiast. I wanted to know what is the minimum BASAL OCR value (pmol/min/ug protein) is acceptable? In one of my critical experiment I have got basal OCR between the range of (2-4 pmol/min/ug protein) which goes upto 10 (pmol/min/ug protein) with FccP treatment. I am using primary astrocyte in my seahorse experiment. Any leads will be much more appreciated. Many thanks, Gaurav
