I've performed the glycolytic rate assay and I'm trying to analyse the proton efflux rate (PER).
I've already assigned the assay media in Wave software.
However, while I've got good readings for ECAR and OCR, the PER ones are strange. I've got negative PER values for all wells and the numbers were quite similar for most wells.
I was wondering if anyone could suggest the solution on how to get the correct PER value?
